Additional designers and craftsmen formerly schooled and trained in European architectures of the 17th and 18th centuries were brought in. His goal was to bring a piece of European royal luxury to Northern California. Amenities within this castle wedding venue are the grand staircases, Gothic arches, domes, courtyards, and grand fireplaces, all built on a royal scale.
